How Subscriptions Work
Secure, on-chain, pull-based payments
Select monthly or annual billing. Annual plans include 20% discount + 1 bonus month (13 months total).
Pay upfront in USDC, USDT, or DAI on Arbitrum, Ethereum, or Solana. 100% on-chain and non-custodial.
If you choose multi-month plans (3, 6, or 12), payments are distributed monthly on day 5 at 00:05 UTC via smart contract.
Cancel anytime. Unused months are not refundable, but you keep access until subscription ends.
Payment Method
Subscriptions are paid exclusively in crypto: USDC, USDT, or DAI on Arbitrum (priority), Ethereum, or Solana.
Pull-Based System
You deposit the full amount upfront. Smart contracts automatically distribute monthly payments on day 5 of each month at 00:05 UTC.
Annual Discount
Pay annually and get 20% off + 1 free month (13 months total for the price of ~9.6 months). Annual is the best value.
No Refunds
All payments are final and non-refundable. You keep access until the subscription expires, but unused months cannot be refunded.
Automatic Renewal
Subscriptions do NOT auto-renew. When your term ends, you'll need to manually renew to continue service.
Upgrade/Downgrade
You can upgrade at any time (pro-rated). Downgrades take effect at the end of current billing period.
Non-Custodial
AutoPayX never holds your funds. Payments go directly to our treasury wallet via smart contract or P2P.
Transaction Limits
Free: 500 tx/month. Pro: unlimited. Scale: unlimited. Enterprise: unlimited. Overage on Free plan requires upgrade.
Can I change plans mid-cycle?
Yes. Upgrades are prorated and effective immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period.
What happens if I exceed the Free plan limit?
After 500 transactions, you'll need to upgrade to Pro to continue processing payments. Data remains accessible but new transactions are blocked.

Pay 12 months upfront, get 20% off + 1 bonus month (13 total). If choosing pull-based, payments are distributed automatically on day 5 each month.
What payment methods do you accept?
Crypto only: USDC, USDT, DAI on Arbitrum (recommended), Ethereum, or Solana. All payments are on-chain and non-custodial.
Is there a setup fee?
No setup fees. No hidden fees. You only pay the plan price + transaction fees as listed.
Can I cancel anytime?
